NYC Repipe & Repair collects only what it needs to answer your request and price the job.
What is collected
- Estimate and feedback forms: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code or neighborhood, the service you choose and what you write. The page you sent it from and how you reached the site (for example "organic / google.com") are recorded with it.
- Phone calls: calls may be answered by an automated receptionist and recorded or transcribed so the request can be passed on accurately.
- Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only when you start filling in a form.
How it is used
To contact you about your request, schedule a visit and prepare an estimate. Your request may be shared with the licensed plumbing contractor who performs the work. It is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
How long it is kept
Request records are kept for as long as needed to handle the job and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
